This graph from Our World in Data is eye-opening, isn't it? Job applications are indeed one of the most disliked activities, surpassing tasks like cleaning and commuting!

It remains one of the worst experiences because it's still largely based on outdated practices, such as relying on resumes and cover letters, which fail to capture a person's true potential, strengths, values, interests, and/or future aspirations. This leads to a frustrating and time-consuming process for both candidates and hiring managers, with a high risk (and rate) of mismatch and disappointment.
Can't wait to not "WORK"
